1. Eligibility for Returns

- Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
4. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used skincare products (for safety & hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.
- Products purchased from third-party sellers or offline resellers (only orders placed on www.pepvelle.com are eligible).
